Hot Dog Stew - Dehydrator
Bring 8 cups any variety stock or water to a rolling boil in a large pot
Stir in: 8 ounces farfalline (tiny bow) pasta.
Return to a boil; then add: 3 beef, pork, turkey, or soy hot dogs, finely chopped and 1 bell pepper, minced
Cook for 7 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Do not Drain.

Stir in: 3 cups spaghetti sauce and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Remove from heat and stir in: 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan Cheese

Spread on covered dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 6 hours at 145ºF

To re-hydrate, cover with water just above level of food in pot, boil, stir, and serve.
