Bacon Jam - 8Qt. Slow Cooker

1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup coffee
1 - 1/2 lbs. bacon, lightly browned
2 small onions, diced
3 garlic cloves, cooked to translucent

Combine all ingredients into ceramic cooking pot. Cook on HIGH setting for
4 hours.
Coarsely chop using food processor and serve warm on toast or crackers.
