Oatmeal - 8Qt. Slow Cooker www.opencountrycampware.com

2 cups oats, lightly toasted
8 cups water
2 cups milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Toast 2 cups of oats in a dry pan for about 5 minutes.
Put oats in buttered cooking pot with water, sugar, milk and salt.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

Serve warm
