Baked Fish Steaks - 18Qt. Roaster

4 Fish steaks (approximately 8 Oz. each)*
2 tsp. Chopped chives
1 tsp. Tarragon
4 Tbsp. Margarine
2 tsp. Chopped parsley

Set Rack in Cookwell. Preheat Roaster Oven to 350 ̊F.
