Date Fig Balls - Dehydrator
1 cup dried dates
1/2 cup dried figs
1/2 cup prunes
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup crushed walnuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup coconut

In a food processor or food grinder, finely grind dates, figs, prunes and raisins. In a medium bowl, mix ground fruit with nuts and seeds. Stir in lemon juice. Shape into 1/2" balls. Roll in coconut. Place in your Open Country® Dehydrator on dehydrator trays. Dry at 135 F. for 4 to 6 hours, or until crisp on the outside.

Makes about 30 balls.
