The Removable Motor Food Slicer is easy to disassemble and clean. The food carriage lifts off the base, blade unlocks with a quarter turn, and the serving tray slides off the back. Once the motor is removed all other components are dishwasher safe (on top rack). It's equipped with a 150 watt removable motor, stainless steel undulated cutting blade, and dual safety switch feature.
Slice meat, cheese , bread, vegetables and fruit quickly and easily with this quality slicer. Variable thickness control dial selects slices from deli-thin 1/32" to 1" thick. Large multipurpose 6 5/8 inch stainless steel blade handles a wide range of food sizes and shapes.
