Quick and Easy Home Made Jerky:
Just combine:
1 pound lean ground beef or ground venison with
1 packet each Open Country® jerky spice and cure. (8 flavors to choose from)
Thoroughly mix meat, spice and cure together in a bowl. Form into strips using the Open Country® Jerky Works™ Kit. Place meat strips on your Open Country® dehydrator trays, and dry at its highest temperature setting for 4 to 8 hours, or until done.
